He is extremely friendly and will start purring and making biscuits as soon as he sees you! He also loves to put his face in your face for kisses! Toby is only one and a half years old and is still pretty skinny from being outside and abandoned. He was recently neutered, microchipped and received flea/tick meds as well. All that is left for you is to provide the lap, lots of loves and food!
